Presenting our first winner from my october naruto oc contest!
The 3rd Place goes to~ Toppah! by  Entry No.87: [link] DA: [link] The judging criteria was unique & cool design. I've had a really hard time narrowing the entries down... So many of them were all so cool!! (as many of you witnessed.) But, I've finally managed to pick the 3 winners from near 300 entries. so this is the top 1%!  I remember having a distinct reaction to this entry. Toppah has a very simple, main-character-ish design yet unique enough to be different from the rest. I liked the weird looking shirt, the elbow pad, and the hat. The character has the theme of a construction worker, and I found that to be exceptionally awesome. Oh by the way, did I mention that he uses a freaking shovel?! enough said.
