A little painting practice.
I thought i'd start off with something easy.
but it turned out to be harder than i thought. -_-
took me forever on photoshop cs3.
painting masters, please share thou wisdom and show me a way of improvement.
for the background, i just scanned a crumpled paper..
i wanna improoooove! *burning youth! OSSU!*

You should try out tutorials from Monkart since that's where I really start off getting serious about coloring. He has a way to bring out vivid colors in his pieces. Theirs also others but too many too mention XD. But yeah one of his is pretty much straight forward but if you need any help don't be a stranger to ask. B/c of that I was able to do this [link] and this [link] . I hope that starts you out some where. I'm not a master but I'm willing to help since I respect your skills and hope to see you reach more . So keep on with your mad lineart and improve on your coloring.

not bad, i think you need to determine your light source before painting since its not thesame as cell shading 8).

alter the perspective on the floor texture to add more depth ^^,
